This is a combined golf and Cheltenham horse racing competition.

The concept is a singles stableford competition with a shotgun start at 8.30. Any points accumulated can then be placed as virtual bets on the televised races at Cheltenham that afternoon. The first race to bet on will be at 2.00, with the final race  at 4.40. The prizes will be awarded following this final race, and the winner will be the person with the most cumulative points following all the bets placed. The winner will receive a replica Gold Cup and a cash prize.

There will be separate prizes purely for the mornings golf, including spot prizes such as nearest the pin and longest drive. The entry fee includes lunch which will be served at approximately 1.30pm.

Guests are also welcome to play in the competition, but aren’t able to sign up until after 21st Feb to allow members time to sign up first. The cost will be £25, plus an additional £25 green fee for guests.

While this is a singles competition, you can choose the group you wish to play in by writing it down on the list in the pro shop.
